Contract Agreement:
The Actor's Collective IS A TALENT TRAINING SERVICE. THIS IS NOT A TALENT AGENCY CONTRACT. ONLY A TALENT AGENT LICENSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1700.5 OF THE LABOR CODE MAY ENGAGE IN THE OCCUPATION OF PROCURING, OFFERING, PROMISING, OR ATTEMPTING TO PROCURE EMPLOYMENT OR ENGAGEMENTS FOR AN ARTIST. The Actor's Collective IS PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM OFFERING OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN AUDITIONS OR EMPLOYMENT FOR YOU. IT MAY ONLY PROVIDE YOU WITH TRAINING. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONSULT CHAPTER 4.5 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 1701) OF PART 6 OF DIVISION 2 OF THE LABOR CODE. A DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TALENT SERVICE THAT IS NOT RESOLVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ARTIST SHOULD BE REFERRED TO A LOCAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, AS APPROPRIATE.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL:
By entering your address, name, and phone number, you have entered into a contract with The Actor's Collective to provide you with training for one year. You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing via email, within 10 business days from the date on your receipt, or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday. To cancel this contract, email a signed and dated copy of the following cancellation notice or any other written notice of cancellation to The Actor's Collective at
info@theactorscollective.com. As this contract is executed in part or in whole through the Internet, you may cancel the contract by sending the notification to:  info@theactorscollective.com.

We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy on any one day workshops purchased in addition to your membership. You must cancel 48 hours in advance, and if you do, you will receive a credit back to use whenever you want in the future. If it is within 48 hours of the workshop, you will only receive a credit if the spot is filled by another actor.

CANCELLATION NOTICE you need to send if you wish to cancel (please either cut and paste this or print it for your records). If you do not follow these written procedures for cancellation set forth in the contract. I hereby cancel this contract. Dated: Artist Signature:

PLEASE NOTE: All information is current as of when the Casting Director is booked for the workshop. We are not responsible for casting directors changing offices/projects!

The Actor's Collective reserves the right to terminate membership at any time. By submitting information, the actor agrees to release The Actor's Collective of any liability.
